Winter Planters – Super Easy & Beautiful!
My mom and I put together our winter planters a few weeks ago and they are so easy to do! They look so pretty & festive (especially when there’s some snow) and they last the entire winter. My parents live in the country and they have lots of evergreen & cedar trees on their property. My mom offered to cut some branches for us and bring them over along with some branches of red dogwood that grow across the road from them so that we could make our own planters. Our Halloween Doors Through the Years
I decorate our front door every year for Halloween and I think the neighbours get a real kick out of it! We’ve had people come take pictures outside in front of the door and so many people say they love seeing the doors when they come trick or treating. It’s so much fun to me! Pumpkin Decorating Last Weekend
We decorated pumpkins last weekend and one of my Pinterest dreams came true! Avery picked the pumpkins we were going to decorate. He decided to paint two basketball players on one and I would decorate the other two. I have been waiting 3 years to decorate pumpkins based on some Pinterest inspiration – one turned out and the other….well, let’s just say it wasn’t what I had imagined. Fall Nail Colours I’m Loving
For me, one of the quickest and easiest ways to change things up or add a different feel to your look is with nail colour! I’m loving shades of rust, pink, burgundy, and grey for fall and decided to put together a little bit of a capsule wardrobe with those colours.
